1. How do I access the Kajabi platform?
Once you’ve signed up, you can access the platform here: www.vekslersystem.com. Use the login credentials sent to your email. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
2. Do I need to follow the monthly calendar?
Yes! The monthly calendar is carefully structured to ensure balanced engagement of all facial muscles and fascia. Following it helps prevent overworking specific areas and promotes overall facial harmony.
3. Can I focus on a specific concern, like eye bags, while following the calendar?
Yes! You can supplement your main routine with targeted challenges, such as the Smile Lines Marathon. These challenges are designed to enhance your results.
4. How often should I repeat specific exercises?
While following the calendar is ideal, you can repeat targeted routines (like the Smile Lines Marathon) up to twice a day. However, precision and consistency are more important than overworking any one area.
5. How do I unmark a video as complete?
Simply tap the "Completed" button again, and the checkmark will be removed, updating your progress.
6. Can I repeat a completed marathon?
Yes! You can repeat any marathon or challenge anytime, at your own pace.
7. How do I download the monthly calendar?
On a computer: Right-click the image and select “Download.” On an iPhone/iPad: Press and hold the image, then tap "Save to Photos." On an Android device: Press and hold the image, then tap "Download."
8. When does the new monthly marathon start?
The daily practice for a new marathon becomes available at 7 PM EST one day prior to ensure coverage for all time zones. Check the calendar for details on each marathon’s schedule.
Billing and Payment Questions
1. How do I update my payment information?
Log in to Kajabi, go to the Welcome Module, click your profile icon (top right corner), then go to Settings > Billing.
2. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You can cancel anytime. In Kajabi, go to Account Settings > Membership. Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

Workshops and Video Content
1. Will new marathons and workshops be added?
Yes! We’re continuously updating our content. Announcements are sent via email and posted in the Community section of Kajabi.
2. Can I access previous live sessions?
Yes! All past live sessions are available in the Library (Live Sessions) section for quarterly and annual members.
3. What’s included in the monthly membership?
The monthly membership includes access to the featured marathon or challenge of the month, the app, a monthly calendar, community chats, and live sessions with Valeriia. For full access to all marathons, challenges, and workshops, we recommend upgrading to a quarterly or annual plan.
Technical Support
1. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the Kajabi login page. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
2. Is there a mobile app?
Yes! You can download the Veksler Face Fitness System App by visiting this page, where you'll find links to download it on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Simply log in using your Kajabi credentials.
3. How do I report a technical issue?
Email [email protected] with a description of the issue and relevant screenshots. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Face Analysis and One-on-One Sessions
1. How can I receive a personalized face analysis?
You have two options:
- Group Zoom Sessions: At the end of each session, Valeriia asks, “Who wants their face analyzed?” Comment your concern, and she may select you for a live analysis.
- Photo Analysis of the Week: Every Monday, we open a thread in the Community Chat for you to post photos. Valeriia selects one or two submissions and provides feedback every Friday.
2. Can I book a one-on-one session with Valeriia?
Valeriia does not offer private sessions. However, you may receive personalized advice during group Zoom session or on the Photo Analysis of the Week feature in the Community.
Daily Practice and Marathon Updates
1. Why is daily practice the same as the new marathons/challenges?
When we launch a marathon, daily practice is integrated into it. This means there is no separate daily practice during the marathon period.
2. Will the regular daily practice return after the marathon?
Yes! Once the marathon ends, we will resume the regular daily practice schedule.
